“The Imperfect Food Truck” will travel around the country, offering free, sample menu items made from Imperfect Foods inventory in branded packaging. The truck itself will purposefully look imperfect as well, with rusted exterior and flat tires. The strategy is to demonstrate that the way food looks doesn’t nt affect the way it tastes — and it’s more sustainable.
